At Novaresiduo S.A.S. we handle the personal data of people who visit this site and use its forms with the care required by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the complementary regulations in force as of 2026.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that people provide voluntarily through the newsletter form, that is: full name and email address. We also collect aggregated technical information through cookies, as explained in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used solely to send informational communications about new opportunities published on the platform, progress of residential projects, updates about the Argentine real estate market and content related to real estate crowdlending. We do not sell or transfer the data to third parties for advertising purposes.

The legal basis for processing is the free, express and informed consent provided when completing and submitting the form, in line with Law No. 25,326 and its regulations.
5. Retention period
We keep personal data for as long as the newsletter subscription is active. If you request removal, we delete it from our active databases within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.
6. Rights of data subjects
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data, and withdraw the consent given. To do so, write to contacto@novaresiduo.com indicating your request. The Agency of Access to Public Information, the enforcement body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims.
7. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is fully immune, so we also recommend that users keep their devices up to date.
8. International transfers
Data is stored on servers located in Argentina and, when applicable, in countries with adequate protection levels according to Argentine regulations. We do not perform transfers that do not have the guarantees required by Law No. 25,326.
